Pickup and Delivery Policy

After placing your order online and selecting the store pickup or delivery option, the retailer will process your order and prepare it for pickup or delivery. You'll receive an email or notification when your order is ready, along with instructions on where to go in the store to pick it up or where will the order be delivered. When you arrive at the store, head to the designated pickup area or customer service desk. Make sure to bring your ID and order confirmation for verification. Once everything checks out, you'll be handed your order and you're good to go! It's a convenient way to get your items without having to wait for shipping. 

Return & Refund Policy

When it comes to refunds and returns, it's important to review the specific policy of which you're purchasing. Generally, if you need to return an item and request a refund, you'll need to initiate the return within a certain timeframe, usually within 2-5 days of receiving the item. The item you're returning should typically be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt. Once the item accepted for return, you will receive a refund to your original payment method. Keep in mind that cards refund process may take some time, depending on your bank. Refund usually takes 3 days to be release.
