About the Role
As a cashier, you'll be the friendly face that customers see when they check out. You'll handle transactions, ring up purchases, and provide excellent customer service. You'll also handle cash, credit, and electronic payments, and make sure the register balances at the end of your shift. Attention to detail and good math skills are important.
